It integrates with Shopify API and can look customer information, order details, tracking number, can see if the order qualifies for refund and more (handles 20+ customer support processes).

Basically, it pulls emails from Gmail and add generated replies as drafts so you can approve and send them afterwards. It also looks at your website, documentation, FAQs, and train its model on your data to resolve as many customer inquiries as it can. (it can analyze and learn up to 1TB data)
